You send us a link to your site and we use it as any other visitor would. We consider the purpose of your site, how easy and pleasant it is to use, navigation, optimisation, whether it’s mobile-friendly, your call to action and so on. We then give you page-by-page feedback, either in our office or via Skype or phone, whichever is easiest for you, and suggest any changes that would improve your conversion rate.
You tell us what you need and we make it happen. Need a logo, we discuss your brief and produce 3 draft examples, then iterate if necessary. Already have a logo but you're not happy and to refresh your branding package, we again discuss your needs and create accordingly.
CAD drawings for 3D Printing, we've done that too. We discuss your brief and review your drafts. Establish what tolerance level your 3D Printer needs. Produce CAD drawings and liaise with your 3D Printer. On your sign off we provide you with the final files for you to provide to your 3D Printer.
Already have a graphic designer but need someone to convert the psd into HTML for you to code your pages. Send us the PSD files. We’ll convert them to HTML for you and provide you with the zipped files.
If you need graphics created that include your own photography we can do that. Need a revised layout for your business stationery, ads or fliers, we can do that too.
Remember if you can imagine it, we can create it.
We discuss your keywords and phrases with you and validate them; we set up a Google My Business account for you, if you don’t yet have one, and optimise it for you; we do one promotional activity in the first month and another in the second. Then we review the coding, amend it if necessary, and repeat.
You decide which pages you want to have written for you. We’ll draft some questions for you to answer, covering your business and the keywords people are likely to use to find you online. We then produce a draft, which is sent to you for approval after being checked for SEO. Once everyone is happy, the copy is uploaded onto your site.
We make a copy of your site, work on it in a stable and secure test environment (so that the real one remains stable in live), get rid of any bugs and other malfunctions, and then publish the cleaned-up version.
Our experienced project manager/business analyst will go through with you, in detail, what you want your site to do. He will then write a page-by-page brief covering general requirements, layout, functionality, and your site’s back-end (aka Website Management System): how you use information from enquiries, your database and your CRM system.
